Founding partners Henrik Düfke and Felipe Montt are a team of creative directors and entrepreneurs with more than fifteen years of industry experience together.

Starting off their creative career, the duo spent the better part of a decade working as a Copywriter and Art Director respectively at some of the world's most awarded advertising agencies, including BBH New York, Mother London, Anomaly Amsterdam and Crispin Porter + Bogusky. During this era, the team picked up accolades of various metals at Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Eurobest, Andy Awards, Webby and the Clio’s for clients like Google, Diageo, Volvo, Unilever, IKEA, Johnnie Walker and the Coca-Cola Company.

A new entrepreneurial journey began when founding Nufferton, a loungewear label with a wholesale network spanning Europe, Asia and the US, counting prominent retailers like Opening Ceremony New York, Liberty London, Le Bon Marché Paris and Beams Tokyo among its stockists. A few years after launch, the brand was sold and is now run by new owners and management.

Most recently the prolific pair served as Chief Creative Officers and partners at Nordiska Galleriet Group, a five-year stint where they helped turning Nordiska Galleriet into an international e-commerce company, repositioning and rebranding Länna, inventing business-to-business model YLLW, turning vintage retailer Dusty Deco into a proper furniture brand, and introducing Public Service Gallery on the Stockholm art scene, in the process growing the group from €5M to €100M in annual revenue.
